My story

The healthcare sector chose me

After a Master's degree in Human Resources and a certification from the École du Recrutement, I began my career as a generalist recruiter in several recruitment and consulting firms.

In May 2024, I founded Human Talent Luxembourg, initially as a generalist recruitment agency.

Then, over the months, healthcare professionals — doctors, nurses and others from the sector — contacted me about their plans to settle in Luxembourg.

These conversations gradually led me to take a closer interest in the healthcare sector, its professions, its specific features and the recruitment difficulties faced by its facilities.

The further I went, the better I understood its realities: professions under pressure, profiles that are sometimes hard to find, international careers, onboarding challenges and hires that can have a real impact on how a team works.

Healthcare was therefore not a positioning decided in advance. It gradually became central to the story of Human Talent Luxembourg, through the professionals I met and the needs of the facilities I discovered.

I then chose to dedicate Human Talent Luxembourg entirely to recruitment in the healthcare sector.

Understanding your reality before looking for a profile

For a healthcare facility, recruiting is not simply about replacing someone or filling a vacant position.

A hire can affect how a department is organised, a team's workload, continuity of service and the facility's ability to care for its patients.

That is why I believe the search for a candidate must start with understanding the need.

Before looking for a profile, I seek to understand your facility, your organisation, your working environment, the responsibilities of the position, your expectations and the qualities that will allow the new hire to find their place in your team.

My goal is not to send you a stream of CVs.

My goal is to present professionals whose background, skills, motivations and expectations truly match your need.

Before being a talent, we are human beings

That is what the name Human Talent Luxembourg has stood for since the beginning.

In recruitment, we talk about skills, experience, CVs and talent.

But before being a talent to recruit, we are human beings.

A background, motivations, plans, constraints and sometimes a family who comes along with a move or a new life in another country.

In the healthcare sector, this dimension takes on particular importance.

The professional you hire will in turn support, care for or look after other people.

Behind every hire, there are therefore several realities to take into account: your facility, your team, the professional joining your organisation and, at the end of the chain, the patients.

It is this responsibility that guides the way I work.

I believe in recruitment that is demanding, but also respectful of people.

That means taking the time to understand, being transparent about expectations, not presenting a candidate just for the sake of it, and knowing when to say that an application does not match the need.

Because a successful hire is not only one that ends in a job offer.

It is one that creates a coherent and lasting match between a facility and a professional.

Expertise dedicated to the whole healthcare sector

Today, Human Talent Luxembourg supports the country's healthcare facilities in recruiting all the professions that keep them running.

My approach rests on four pillars:

  • Healthcare expertise

understanding the professions, the working environments and the specific realities of the sector.

  • Direct sourcing

identifying and directly approaching professionals who match the need, beyond the applications available.

  • International search

when the local market is not enough, searching for professionals across borders, particularly in Europe.

  • Assessment beyond the CV

taking into account experience and skills, but also motivations, expectations, attitude and fit with the facility's environment.

My conviction

I did not found Human Talent Luxembourg to recruit in volume.

I founded it to recruit with meaning.

Because a healthcare facility needs to recruit the right person for its teams.

Because a professional deserves to truly understand the opportunity they are offered.

And because, in healthcare, behind every hire there are ultimately people who are counting on that match.

We recruit with care.
We support with rigour.
