How does a recruitment assignment work?
In 4 steps: we analyse your need, we search for profiles, we assess them beyond the CV, then we follow the onboarding of the selected candidate. A single point of contact supports you from start to finish.
How much does your service cost?
Our fees depend on the position and the assignment. We send you a proposal after a first conversation about your need.
How long does it take to recruit?
It depends on the position and how rare the profile is. We give you a realistic estimate from our first conversation.
Do you recruit abroad?
Yes. When the Luxembourg market is not enough, we search for professionals throughout Europe and support them with their authorisation to practise.
Can a management position remain confidential?
Yes. We can conduct the search with complete discretion, without a public job ad.
Do you offer other services?
Yes: HR consulting, with a free first audit of your recruitment process, and recruitment training for your teams.

How do I apply?

I was trained abroad. Can you help me?
Yes. We support you with the recognition of your diploma and your application for authorisation to practise.
Do I need to speak Luxembourgish?
Not necessarily. You must master the language needed for your profession: Luxembourgish, French or German. Requirements vary depending on the position.
What happens to my CV?
It is used only for our recruitment assignments and is never shared with an employer without your consent. It is kept for 2 years after our last contact, then deleted. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Will I know the name of the employer?
Yes. Before your application is presented, we present the employer and the position to you.
